1. Delivery
1.1 Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. I’ll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
1.2 Estimated delivery times
- North America: 20-30 business days
- Europe: 3-15 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 20-30 business days
- Asia Pacific: 20-30 business days
- Latin America and the Caribbean: 20-30 business days
- North Africa and the Middle East: 20-30 business days
- Sub-Saharan Africa: 20-30 business days.
1.3 Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

3. Returns & exchanges
3.1 I gladly accept exchanges.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
3.2 I don’t accept returns or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
3.3 The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders.
3.4 Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
4. The tracking number
The tracking number will be given after sending the order. You can then check it on your email. Please be aware that processing time is not included in delivery time.
